How We Measure Impact

Simple data, clear stories, practical follow-up.

Reach & Access

We count unique participants and attendances by age, gender, postcode and school/college. We watch for travel and kit barriers, then remove them.

Inclusion & Safety

DBS-checked team, clear reporting routes, and termly checks on who is missing from our rooms. Women-first slots and faith-friendly timings stay.

Outcomes & Next Steps

Three quick questions each term: confidence, activity, and purpose. We track progressions into volunteering, courses, and jobs, then offer follow-up support.
